Four men have been arrested on suspicion of attempt theft from a motor vehicle.
The men, all from Leeds and aged 24, 27, 27 and 38, were arrested just before 1am today (Wednesday 3 April) on the A34 in Sutton Scotney.
It follows a report of entry being forced to a lorry on Nutwood Way, Totton shortly after 11pm yesterday (Tuesday 2 April).
The 38-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
All four men remain in police custody at this time.
