Officers investigating an assault at a McDonald’s restaurant in Basingstoke have charged a teenage boy.
The 17-year-old boy from Basingstoke, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with assault by beating.
He is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (16 April).
It comes after officers received a report that a man in his 20s was assaulted at the McDonald’s restaurant at the Leisure Park on Thursday 4 April.
