Seven teenagers are due in court to face charges of high value criminal damage in Shanklin.
Between 5 May and 5 June 2022, it’s alleged that significant damage – estimated to be in excess of £200,000 worth – was caused to the interior of a Grade II listed house in Rectory Road.
Following an investigation by the South Wight Neighbourhoods Policing Team, the following individuals, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been issued a summons to appear at Isle of Wight Youth Court tomorrow (Wednesday 25 October) to face one count each of criminal damage:
