A man has been arrested on suspicion of a drugs offence and possessing criminal property after officers carried out two warrants in Basingstoke.
The local Neighbourhood Policing Team, supported by the Northern Neighbourhood Enforcement Team and the District Police Team, executed warrants on Ashwood Way and Churchill Place yesterday (25 October).
Officers searched the properties and seized a quantity of suspected Class B drugs, more than £3,000 in cash and a number of electronic devices.
A 28-year-old man from Basingstoke has been arrested on suspicion of improper importation of goods – a controlled drug of Class B into the UK and possessing criminal property.
He has been bailed with conditions until 25 January while our enquiries continue.
