A man has been charged with a number of assault offences after five people were injured during an altercation in Blackwater.
At around 7.10pm on Thursday 8 November, officers were called to reports of an incident inside the Mr Bumble pub on London Road.
Three men and two women suffered injuries.
Officers launched an investigation and have now charged a man.
Richard Todd, 36, from Willowbourne, Fleet, has been charged with wounding / inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent, two counts of assaulting a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm, assault by beating and attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
He was also charged with possessing a controlled drug of Class B, driving a motor vehicle dangerously and driving whilst disqualified.
Todd is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (13 November).
