David Graham Cullen, 33, was yesterday (Thursday 30 November) sentenced for shoplifting from a store in New Milton.
Cullen, of Dinham Road, New Milton pleaded guilty to the theft from Tesco, Caird Avenue on Friday 15 September.
During the incident, which occurred at 7.30am, Cullen stole £140 worth of Lego.
Cullen has been ordered to pay a £40 fine and £16 victim surcharge. His sentence also includes a community order and a rehabilitation activity requirement.
