A man has today appeared in court charged with stalking a woman.
Michael Whitehorn, 32, from Jewry Street, Winchester, pleaded guilty to stalking causing serious alarm or distress when he appeared at Salisbury Crown Court this morning (1 November).
It comes after officers received a report that a woman received numerous threatening calls and messages on social media between April and September this year.
Whitehorn is due to be sentenced on Thursday 21 December.
