Officers investigating a serious assault in Aldershot have made an arrest.
We were called at 8.22pm on Wednesday 15 November to a report that a man in his 60s and a 17-year-old boy had suffered serious injuries following an incident on Roberts Road.
The pair were assaulted by three males, who quickly fled the scene in a vehicle.
They were taken to hospital to be treated for serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
A 16-year-old boy from Aldershot was today (17 November) arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent, robbery and possession of a Class C drug.
He remains in custody while our enquiries are ongoing.
Officers are still gathering evidence, and there is nothing to suggest there is a wider threat to the public as we currently believe this was an isolated incident.
As part of our enquiries, we believe there may have been potential witnesses in the area and we would like to hear from them.
Were you in the area at around 8pm on 15 November? Did you witness the incident? Do you have any CCTV images, dashcam or doorbell footage that could help our investigation?
