A man has been charged with burglary after items were stolen from a pharmacy in Winchester.
Officers were called to Boots in High Street at 1.34am on Sunday 8 January, after the shop’s alarm was activated.
Items from the pharmacy had been taken.
A man was later located and arrested in connection with this incident.
Christopher Taylor, 35, of Hyde Gate, Winchester, has been charged with burglary other than dwelling – theft, and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (Monday 9 January).
