A man has been charged for driving offences in Southampton.
Officers acting on information stopped an Audi car in Howards Grove, Shirley, at around 2am on Sunday, 12 February.
Andrew Rice, 46, of Pickwick Close, Totton, has been charged with driving while disqualified, obstructing a police constable in the execution of their duty and driving without insurance.
He was remanded and appeared at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 13 February.
Andrew Rice was further remanded in custody and is due to next appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 20 February.
