A man has been jailed for 10 months after breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and shoplifting in Aldershot.
Takunda Kamanga, 25, of Farnborough Road, Farnborough, was sentenced at Basingstoke Magistrates on Tuesday 12 December.
The court heard that Kamanga threatened a man before stealing Nike clothing worth more than £195 from Sports Direct in Aldershot on 10 December.
He was charged with theft from a shop, breaching a CBO, breaking / likely to break bail conditions and using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress.
The CBO had been imposed on 1 December, which banned him from entering Aldershot for two years.
Kamanga received the CBO after items worth more than £520 were stolen from JD Sports, Bargain Buys and Boots in Aldershot between 31 October and 8 November.
Meanwhile, on 6 December, Kamanga entered the Lidl store in Aldershot and stole food worth more than £95.
He also entered Aldershot on 8 December and 10 December. He was charged with theft from a shop, breaching a CBO and breaking / likely to break bail conditions.
Kamanga admitted all of the offences and was jailed for a total of 10 months at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
