Two people are due in court to face allegations of hate crime offences following an incident in Winchester earlier this year.
Lynda Mullin, aged 61, of Stanmore Lane, Winchester will face the following charges:
William Davies, aged 34 of Stanmore Lane, Winchester will face the following charges:
It comes after officers were called to Wavell Way, Winchester during the afternoon of Friday, 15 April, to reports of a public order incident, during which three people were subjected to racial abuse.
It is alleged that two victims were then further assaulted.
Both Mullin and Davies are due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 20 October following postal requisitions.
