Man charged following Portchester indecent exposure investigation

Police investigating reports of public indecent exposures in Portchester have charged a man.

The incidents are reported to have occurred in the White Hart Lane area on the afternoon of Wednesday 5 October.

Raymond Brian Casson, aged 58 years, and of Highland Road in Southsea, has been charged with exposure, 4 counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, and breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Monday 10 October).
