A man has today pleaded guilty to attempted robbery following an incident in Aldershot.
Darren Watts, 28, from Alexandra Road, Aldershot, appeared at Winchester Crown Court this morning (4 May).
He was charged with attempted robbery after a 78-year-old man was approached in the public toilets in Manor Park, assaulted and had money demanded from him in February.
Watts admitted one count of attempted robbery and will be sentenced at Winchester Crown Court on Thursday 26 May.
