A man has been charged after officers were called to a report of vehicles being broken into in Aldershot.
Officers were called at 2.45am on Monday 16 May to Blenheim Park and arrested a man.
Daniel Jankovic, 25, from Fernhill Road, Farnborough, has been charged with three counts of vehicle interference.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 17 May.
It comes as officers have launched a number of investigations relating to a series of theft from motor vehicles in Aldershot and Farnborough.
In recent weeks, we have received a number of reports of vehicles being accessed, or car door handles being tried, across the district.
The investigation into this series of incidents remains ongoing, and we encourage anyone else who has been affected, or has any information about car breaks across the district, to contact us on 101.
