Three people have been charged with conspiracy to bring prohibited items into Winchester prison.
All three have been charged with conspiracy to bring a list A article into prison, namely steroids and conspiracy to bring a list B article into prison, namely mobile phones.
Stephanie Burt has also been charged with failing to comply with a Section 49 notice of the Regulation Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) after failing to give the police the PIN for her mobile phone.
The charges comes following a joint investigation between Hampshire Constabulary and HMP Winchester.
Harman, Currell and Burt have been remanded on conditional bail and are due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 4 August.
