Three people have been arrested in connection with a motorbike theft in Southampton.
At 1.44pm on Sunday, 23 January, we stopped three boys who were attempting to ride off on a motorcycle in Athelstan Road.
The boys then left the scene but were found by officers nearby shortly afterward.
Three boys, aged 16, 15 and 14, all from Southampton, were arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
The motorcycle was recovered by us and we have since located the owner.
