Police officers, who conducted a proactive stop search of a suspicious vehicle in Totton, have arrested two men in connection with drug supply offences.
A Jaguar was stopped at 8.25pm yesterday evening (13 January) after officers located a suspicious vehicle on the M27 westbound and followed it until it came to a natural stop in Morrison’s car park on Spruce Drive in Totton.
The occupants, and the vehicle, were searched by officers and a quantity of Class B drugs, a quantity of cash alongside other drug-supply paraphernalia and mobile devices were located and seized.
A 36-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy, both from Southampton, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs.
They both remain in custody at this time.
