Appeal for witnesses following Southampton robbery

Do you recognise this man?
We would like to speak to him in connection with a robbery in Milton Road, Southampton on Saturday, January 15.
At around 12.50pm, a man on a bike rode past a teenage girl and snatched her phone out of her hands before cycling off in the direction of Bedford Place.
The phone was an iPhone 7 in a clear case with flowers on it.
We believe the man in this image can help us with our enquiries and ask him to get in touch.
