A man has been charged following a serious assault in Southampton.
At around 5pm on Sunday (20 February) we were called to the incident at a flat in Kent Street, Northam following a report that a man had seriously assaulted another man.
Yesterday evening, we charged Abdi Foinsiyo, 32, of Kent Street, Northam, with Section 18 - grievous bodily harm with intent.
He was remanded to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court this morning (22 February), where he was further remanded to appear at Southampton Crown Court on 25 March.
