Man, 34, charged with assault following incident in Farnborough

A man has been charged with assault following an incident on a bus in Farnborough.
Jason Kennedy, 34, from Lynchford Road, Farnborough, has been charged with assault by beating.
The charge comes after a man in his 40s was assaulted on a bus near Alexandra Road in the town on Monday 19 December.
Kennedy appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court today (30 December) and has been remanded into custody.
He is due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Friday 20 January 2023.
