A man has been charged for being in possession of a knife in a public place and Class B drugs in Southampton.
It comes after officers received a report of a man in the Marlands Shopping Centre carrying an offensive weapon, just after 7.45pm yesterday (Thursday 14 October).
Peter Hollingsworth, aged 34, of Millbrook Road East in Southampton has been charged with possession of a knife in a public place and possession of Class B drugs (Amphetamine).
He is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 2 November.
