A Holbury man has been convicted of driving while disqualified and driving without having valid insurance after appearing at Southampton Magistrates Court on Monday 22 November.
Michael Vincent Breen, aged 40, of Cadland Park in Holbury was summoned to court to face the charges.
It comes after officers spotted Breen driving a vehicle on the Cadland Park estate at around 1.40pm on Friday 30 April earlier this year.
Following a hearing at Southampton Magistrates Court on Monday 22 November, Breen was handed a 8-week suspended sentence for 12 months, disqualified from driving for 16 months, ordered to pay a £300 fine, £100 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
