Officers investigating a firearms incident in Yateley in March have charged a second man.
Johnny Stevens, 19, of Stilwell Close, Yateley, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He will appear at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court today (May 4).
This comes after a firearm was discharged at a black Mercedes on Reading Road at the junction with Darby Green Road on Tuesday 16 March.
No one was injured in the incident.
