Police officers investigating a suspicious vehicle in Eastleigh have charged a man.
The charges come after a vehicle was driving dangerously and failed to stop for police at around 2.45pm on Saturday 15 May.
Jae Williams, 19, of Lincolns Rise has been charged with one count of driving a vehicle dangerously, one count of driving a vehicle without a license, one count of driving whilst disqualified, one count of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance and one count of failing to stop.
He was released on bail and will next appear before Southampton Magistrates Court on Thursday 3 July.
