The family of a man who sadly died following a collision on the A287 have today paid tribute to him.
We were called to a head-on collision between a van and a car along the A287 near Ewshot at around 9.20pm on Friday 23 April.
Three people sustained life-threatening injuries and remained in hospital.
Sadly, the driver of one of the cars, Hayden Perrin, 22, of Maynards Wood, Chineham, passed away in hospital a few days later.
Paying tribute to Hayden, his family said: “He was a larger than life character who lit up the room.
“He was such a beautiful generous soul and loved his family and friends. Our world will never be the same.”
Officers investigating the exact circumstances of the collision remain keen to speak with anyone who can assist our enquiries.
If you witnessed the collision or have dash-cam footage that may assist, please call 101, quoting the reference 44210154977.
