Police officers investigating an aggravated burglary in Fair Oak have today (17 June) charged a man.
The charges come after a woman was assaulted and a quantity of cash and jewellery stolen from a property on Winchester Road at around 6.50pm on Thursday 12 November 2020.
Carl Richard Seymour, 32, of no fixed abode has been charged with one count of aggravated burglary, one count of Section 20 assault causing grievous bodily harm, and one count of being unlawfully at large.
He will appear at Southampton Magistrates Court tomorrow (18 June).
