A Southampton man has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply after officers attended an address in Linacre Road last night (7 January).
Officers were attending an address to conduct a welfare check and upon entering had located a man who had breached bail conditions by being inside the property. He was searched by officers who was found to be in possession of a Class B drug and a quantity of cash.
A subsequent search of his home address by officers found a quantity of Class A and Class B drugs, drug supply paraphernalia and high value clothing with original tags still attached.
A 33-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply, possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply, possession of criminal property and witness intimidation.
He remains in custody at this time.
