Officers investigating a robbery in Waterlooville on Tuesday evening (February 9) have charged a man.
Jordan McCready, 19, of Hiltingbury Road, Havant, has been charged with robbery and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
It comes following an investigation into a robbery on Mill Road, at around 5.55pm.
A 16-year-old boy was approached by two men, who threatened him with a knife and stole his phone. The boy was not injured.
McCready appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Thursday 11 February and has been remanded in custody to appear before Portsmouth Crown Court on Monday 15 March.
A second man, an 18-year-old from Portsmouth, was arrested on suspicion of robbery. He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
