Officers investigation a theft from a motor vehicle in Hedge End have arrested two men.
It comes after a van was broken into and two men disturbed inside the vehicle on Grange Road at around 3.45am on Friday 30 July.
They then fled the scene but were located by officers at a nearby service station.
A 39-year-old man and a 47-year-old man, both from Horton Heath, were arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle.
They were later released under investigation, pending further enquiries.
