Police officers attending a residential property following reports of an assault, have today (3 September) arrested a man.
The incident occurred at 6.45pm on Wednesday 2 September at a property in Elizabeth House, Totton.
Southampton Central Ambulance Services attended the scene and took the victim to Southampton General Hospital after they received minor injuries.
A 46-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in police custody at this time.
