Two men have been arrested on suspicion of theft and drugs offences in Southampton.
Officers stopped a black Astra on Howard Grove sometime between 11.43pm Tuesday, 13 Oct and 12.15am, Wednesday, 14 October after it was seen speeding.
A 22-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, theft from a motor vehicle, possession of what is believed to be Class A and B drugs, no insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Another man aged 22, also from Southampton, has been arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle, possession of an offensive weapon and possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
They both remain in police custody at this time.
