Officers investigating assaults on two men in Fratton have made two arrests.
The incident happened just after 8.30pm on Monday 16 November on George Street, leading onto Langford Road.
A 46-year-old man and a 61-year-old man were assaulted by a group of young people and received minor injuries in the incident.
A 14-year-old boy from Portsmouth has been arrested on suspicion of causing ABH and possession of a knife/sharp pointed article in a public place.
We’ve also arrested a second 14-year-old boy from Portsmouth on suspicion of causing ABH, violent disorder and possession of a knife/sharp pointed article in a public place.
Both remain in police custody at this time.
