Two men have been arrested after officers stopped a car in Radcliffe Road, Southampton in the early hours of Sunday morning (8 November).
A 27-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of supplying a psychoactive substance.
A 19-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a psychoactive substance with intent to supply and possession of a knife in a public place.
A quantity of nitrous oxide cannisters, balloons, cash and a knife were seized.
Both men have been released from custody but remain under investigation while our enquiries continue.
