Officers investigating reports of a stabbing at a property in Eastleigh have since charged a man.
The charges come after a property was broken into and a man threatened and subsequently stabbed in the early hours of Sunday 1 November on Tommy Green Walk.
Daniel James Poskitt, 31, of Franklyn Avenue, Southampton was charged with one count of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, one count of burglary and one count of assaulting by beating of an emergency worker.
He appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court yesterday (2 November), where he was denied bail and remanded to appear at Southampton Magistrates Court on 4 December 2020.
