Officers have charged a man in relation to a drugs offence in Portsmouth.
Alfie Pennell, 27, of Stamshaw Road, Portsmouth, has been charged with possession of a controlled drug of Class B.
It comes after officers were deployed to Cumberland Road on Sunday evening (May 3) at around 9.20pm, following reports of three men seen to be acting suspiciously on scooters.
Alfie Pennell is due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on June 2.
