Man arrested in Petersfield on suspicion of attempted murder

A man has been arrested after a man in his 30s was taken to hospital following an incident at an address in Durford Road, Petersfield overnight.

The victim sustained a number of wounds during the incident which occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, May 20. His condition is described as stable.

We have arrested 49 year old man on suspicion of attempt murder. He remains in custody at this time.
