Four men were detained by police following a report of trespassing in a field in Whitchurch.
The incident occurred at 3.52pm on Sunday, June 14, in a field off Micheldever Road, Laverstoke, Whitchurch. The report stated that people were trespassing in the field and a dog had chased and caught a deer.
Officers attended and the four men were detained. They were all aged in their 20s and 30s and all from Bagshot, Surrey. Their details were taken and one of the dogs was seized. Police enquiries are ongoing.
A man, aged 33, and from Bagshot, was also arrested on suspicion of drug driving. He was taken to custody before being released under investigation.
