A 42 year old man has been charged with theft of a bicycle and handling stolen goods.
Stuart Johnston of Middleton Gardens, Basingstoke, will appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court today, (Monday, July 21).
He is charged with theft of the bike (which has since been recovered) from Abbey Road, Basingstoke, on July 20. He is further charged with handling stolen goods.
