A woman will appear in court next month charged with breaching her Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
Rebecca Trudy Connelly, 28, of Gosport Road in Fareham, was charged and remanded in custody to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on Monday 6 January.
She remains in custody and her next appearance will be at Portsmouth Crown Court on 7 February.
It is alleged that Connelly was begging in Gosport High Street on 4 January and Osborn Road in Fareham on 2 January, which she is prohibited from doing under the conditions of the CBO.
