Three men have been charged and appeared before court today following an attempted burglary in Southampton.
Bleu Alford, aged 28, of Winston Close, Darryl Clarke, aged 31, of Compass Way and Joseph Walsh, aged 29, of Palm Road have each been charged with attempted burglary and handling stolen goods.
The charges come following an attempted burglary at Asda on Portland Terrace, Southampton. Between 10.45pm on Monday, 6 January and 1.40am Tuesday, 7 January, three men were seen attempting to break into the store before making off in a stolen vehicle.
Clarke also faces a charge of possession of cannabis.
All three men appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 8 January and have been remanded to appear again at Southampton Crown Court on 10 February.
