A 39 year old man from Farnborough has been arrested in connection with an incident in which a man was racially abused and assaulted in front of his three year old child.
The 39 year old was arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated assault, criminal damage and public order in Aldershot on September 18.
He has been released on conditional bail while police enquiries continue.
