A man has been charged as part of an investigation into the supply of Class A drugs in Andover.
Officers executed a warrant at an address in Livia Close, Andover, on the morning of Tuesday 26 November.
An 18-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were arrested. Class A drugs was found.
Kadeem Hibbert, 18, of Livia Close, Andover, has now been charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.
He has also been charged with arranging or facilitating travel of another person with a view to exploitation – an offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
He appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 27 November and has been remanded to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday 8 January, 2020.
The 18-year-old woman has been released from custody but remains under investigation.
