We are appealing for witnesses and information following an attempted robbery in an underpass in Basingstoke.
The incident occurred between 8.30pm and 8.46pm on Thursday, November 8.
A 39 year old man was walking through the underpass near the junction with Sherbourne Road and Oakridge Road when he was approached by a man who showed him a knife and demanded money.
The victim didn’t hand anything over and walked away.
The suspect is described as being a white male, possibly in his early 20s, around five feet nine inches tall. He had blue eyes, a slim build and was wearing a black hoodie with mousey hair.
