We are issuing images of a man we would like to speak to as we believe they may be a key witness to a fatal collision in Andover.
At around 6pm on Saturday 21 December, a silver Ford Fiesta was involved in a collision with a pedestrian on New Street near to ATS Tyres.
The pedestrian, 15-year-old Ryan Marshall from Andover, was taken to hospital where he sadly passed away from his injuries.
Specialist officers are supporting Ryan’s family as detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit continue to investigate the incident.
As part of our enquiries the driver of the vehicle involved, a 29-year-old woman from Andover, has been arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drugs. She has been released from police custody but remains under investigation pending further enquiries.
We are now issuing CCTV images of a man who was in the area at the time and may have seen something which could assist our investigation.
We appreciate that the images are not of great quality, but the man may still be recognisable in these pictures to himself and people who know him. He may also be recognisable from the clothes he is wearing.
