Officers investigating reports of a shoplifting from a local supermarket in Eastleigh have today (Friday 3 January) released CCTV images of a person they would like to speak with.
Do you know or recognise the woman pictured?
It is reported that a woman entered an Aldi store on Chestnut Avenue Retail Park at around 7pm on Monday 2 December 2024 and picked up a basket before allegedly proceeding to put a number of meat products into a backpack – including joints of pork and a whole duck – before fleeing the store without making payment.
We have been conducting local enquiries to identify the woman but are now hoping that you, the local community, may be able to assist.
If you know who this person is, or perhaps you recognise yourself, we would please ask that you report directly to police, any information you might have that could help, by calling 101 and quoting crime reference number 44240527517.
