We received a report that at some time overnight between Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 January, over £3000 worth of items were stolen from a vehicle on All Saints Road in Portsmouth, including the owner’s driving license and bank card.
The bank card was later reported to have been used fraudulently at a petrol station on Kettering Terrace.
Officers investigating the incident have now identified a women we would like to speak to as part of our enquiries.
