Appeal following assault at Paultons Park

Police are appealing for information in relation to an incident at Paultons Park, Ower, Romsey.

At some time between 2pm and 2.45pm on Thursday, 29 August a 44-year-old woman from Nottingham was assaulted near the Water Kingdom area within the park.

The woman sustained a cut and bruising as a result of the incident.

A 45-year-old man from Nottingham has been arrested on suspicion of common assault and threats to kill. He has been released on police bail until 29 November.
