Two men have been charged in connection with a serious assault in Lee-on-Solent.
Police were called at 11.19am on Friday 18 October with reports that a man in his 30s had been assaulted, suffering a serious head injury and facial injuries, in Skipper Way.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment, however his injuries were not deemed life-threatening.
Officers have been conducting a number of enquiries and have charged the following two people:
Both men were remanded in custody to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday 31 October).
Police also arrested an 18-year-old woman from Fareham on suspicion of assisting an offender. She has been bailed with conditions until 30 January 2025 while enquiries continue.
