We are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Hythe yesterday evening (Thursday 24 October).
At approximately 6.45pm, a 14-year-old girl was involved in a collision with a white MG3 on the A326. The car involved was travelling in the direction of Calshot at the time of the incident.
The girl has been taken to hospital where she remains in a serious condition.
The car involved stopped at the scene and the driver is assisting us with our enquiries.
As part of our investigation, we would like to hear from anyone who was in the area yesterday evening and witnessed the collision, the moments leading up to it or the aftermath.
